UK. Luggage and travel accessories specialist Case is opening its sixth store at London Heathrow Airport today. The new store is located in Terminal 4 airside.
Stephen Spitz, CEO of Case parent company Brentano Group, said in a note to partners, “We are really very proud and privileged to be part of every terminal now at Heathrow where we have invested responsibly and we will continue to do what we do best – provide the best brand mix, a great store environment, a high level of service, and genuine friendliness and care to all of our customers.”

Spitz said that Case is trading well at Heathrow despite multiple challenges with staffing, stock availability and airline issues, the latter causing many travellers problems amid surging week-on-week travel growth.
“Thank you to our brand partners and suppliers for supporting us as we continue to invest in our brands and increase our stock levels,” he added. “It has not been easy and will continue to throw up many challenges but we are ahead of the game and together benefitting as travel grows and as we approach the important summer period.”
Spitz also thanked Heathrow Directors and Managers at Heathrow whom, he said, “work with us very closely at all levels and continue to provide us vital and important support.”
He added: “We thank them very much for their help, care and continued belief in our business.”
