A key addition will be the arrival of UK casual-dining brand Wagamama through TRG Concessions in a 363sq m space with seating for 180 diners, as well as an executive lounge aimed at business travellers.
The opening represents a strategic milestone in the company’s European expansion, bringing its signature hospitality experience to travellers through an elevated lounge concept.

The 1,200sq m space builds on the strong performance of the first Kyra Lounge and offers seating for 230 guests along with dining, relaxation and work-friendly areas.
The ratings successes include several lounges across the company’s Extime and Primeclass brands, as well as the TAV-operated Capital One Lounge at New York John F. Kennedy International Airport.
The winners were drawn from a shortlist across 13 categories.
The dining line-up combines global and regional brands such as KFC, Malabar Express and Caféccino, with further openings planned in the coming months.
The new lounge highlights the company’s commitment to airport hospitality in Indonesia, following its acquisition of a 45% stake in PT Bumi Liputan Angkasa, a subsidiary of Indonesia’s Blue Sky Group, in March 2025.
The Rose Business Lounge offers 129 seats in a contemporary setting that blends modern design with Vietnamese craftsmanship and features dedicated areas for relaxation, work, dining and family use.
