Luxury house Chanel has revealed its Holiday 2024 ‘Winter Tale’ collection, a limited-edition series encompassing exclusive versions of its N°5 fragrance alongside a seasonal makeup line.
Inspired by winter themes, the collection is launching in selected Chanel stores in global travel retail from 18 November.
The Winter Tale collection introduces a reimagined N°5 Eau de Parfum, featuring a handcrafted silk cover that mimics a snow-dusted finish. The decorated bottle is encased in an embossed snow-covered sleeve.
Additional limited-edition fragrance offerings include the N°5 L’Eau Eau de Toilette and N°5 Eau de Parfum purse sprays. Both lines are presented on a jewellery chain, designed for convenience. They can be worn as bag charms or jewellery.
In addition to its fragrance lineup, Chanel has released a N°5 Beige Gold Body Oil. The oil is formulated to add a satin sheen while subtly scenting the skin.
The Winter Tale makeup collection, created by the Chanel Makeup Creation Studio and the Cometes Collective, incorporates colours inspired by the Aurora Borealis.
Key items include the Diamond Dust oversized illuminating powder, the Enchanted Night Eyeshadow and Blush Palette, Ombre Première Laque Liquid Eyeshadow, Le Liner De Chanel, and new shades of the Rouge Allure L’Extrait and Rouge Allure Laque lipstick and Le Vernis nail polish collections.
The illuminating powder delivers a pearlescent glow, while the new lipstick shades are housed in limited-edition, snowflake-embossed cases. The lipstick shades include Rose Boréal, Orange Polaire, Rouge Spectral and Nuit Pourpre.
Rouge Allure Laque welcomes two new shades: Cristal Pink and Spell. Both expressions are housed in a gradient glass tube and offer fuchsia-pink and deep-red tones.
The Le Vernis nail polish collection introduces a duo of new shades: the metallic-pink Charmer and deep black-purple Storyteller.
The Enchanted Night Eyeshadow and Blush Palette, which combines shimmering tones from copper coral to fuchsia pink, take inspiration from winter’s seasonal colours.
The Ombre Première Laque liquid eyeshadow has been extended to include the Milky Way shade, a shimmer-finish shade in a black-purple hue. While the Le Liner De Chanel eyeliner collection has been expanded with three winter shades: Brun Feu, Prune Mystérieux and Noir.
To enhance the collection’s gifting appeal, Chanel has developed several exclusive sets, including the N°5 Parfum Baccarat Collector’s Edition (900ml), Sublimage Coffret and the 31 Le Rouge 12 Shade Coffret.
The brand has also unveiled three limited-edition Fragrance Coffrets showcasing the Coco Mademoiselle, Bleu de Chanel and N°5 fragrances in striking gift boxes.
Other launches include a Beauty Gift Set pouch which features Chanel skincare essentials. ✈
