Coty has revealed CK One Summer, the newest fragrance from Calvin Klein. It was launched in Americas, Asia Pacific and European travel retail on 1 March.
CK One Summer is the latest addition to Calvin Klein’s CK One fragrance family. It is available in a 100ml size and as part of a fragrance set which comprises the CK One Summer edt (100ml) and a CK One spray (15ml).
CK One Summer is a citrus aromatic fragrance developed by Firmenich Perfumer Clément Gavarry.
It opens with a blend of citrus Grapefruit, Fresh Water Accord and Meyer Lemon top notes, followed by vibrant Rhubarb, Watermelon and Eucalyptus heart notes. It closes with Ambrox, Blonde Woods and Peach skin base notes.
The CK One Summer fragrance bottle is reimagined with a bold, hyper-saturated design. It features vibrant shades of blue and green, inspired by a cool splash in the pool.
The word ‘summer’ is printed on the back of the bottle and can be viewed transparently through the liquid. The distorted message takes inspiration from ‘the blurred haze of a mirage’, said the brand.
The packaging features an embossed texture that mimics the bottle design. As an added personalisation element, the carton also includes a sleeve of summer-themed stickers so users can customise their fragrances.
The CK One Summer fragrance campaign was created by multi-media artist Mishko. It depicts a summer road trip through the American desert and features a vivid technicolour sunset. The complementing campaign film takes viewers through a day of the CK One Summer road trip, from sunrise to sunset.
Mishko — also known as Nevan Doyle — takes inspiration from the natural world to create art that blends photography, graphic design and digital manipulation.
