Calvin Klein CK Everyone fragrance has been awarded a Material Health Certificate from the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute, which recognises the safe environmental impact of the fragrance.
The silver level evaluation of CK Everyone edt was conducted by MBDC, a third-party Cradle to Cradle assessor.
“The Material Health certificate reinforces Coty’s commitment to its sustainability platform, with the objective of building a better business while making a positive contribution towards societal, ethical and environmental change within the beauty industry” — Coty Luxury Brands President Simona Cattano
As reported, CK Everyone is a citrus ‘gender-neutral’ fragrance that was created by Master Perfumer Alberto Morillas. The new unisex fragrance is vegan-friendly and made with 79% naturally-derived ingredients.
The CK Everyone fragrance bottle and packaging are both recyclable. The transparent glass bottle is made with 10% post-consumer recycled materials, while the packaging is made with 30% post-consumer recycled materials.
The bottle’s minimal design features the brand’s logo printed with soy-based ink, accented with a removable pump and elastic.
The fragrance was launched as part of Coty’s wider ‘Beauty That Lasts’ sustainability platform.

Coty Luxury Brands President Simona Cattano commented, “We are proud of Coty’s first Cradle to Cradle Material Health certificate for CK Everyone Eau de toilette which demonstrates the positive impact of our Beauty That Lasts platform.”
Cattano added, “The Material Health certificate reinforces Coty’s commitment to its sustainability platform, with the objective of building a better business while making a positive contribution towards societal, ethical and environmental change within the beauty industry.”
The Cradle to Cradle Certified Material Health Certificate promotes transparency about the chemicals used across different supply chains. Its globally recognised material health assessment methodology provides manufacturers with a means of verifying that their formulations are responsibly made and safe for the environment.
