USA. Global hospitality company Delaware North has opened casual-dining seafood restaurant Bonefish Grill at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
The 115-seat, 4,500sq ft restaurant is located post-security in Terminal 3 along the connector walkway between Concourses E and F.
The menu includes options for children, breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with a full bar that features beer, wine and spirits.
The restaurant is situated next to The Market on Las Olas, which Delaware North opened in August as the first location in a Florida airport to feature Amazon’s checkout-free shopping platform.
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport CEO/Director of Aviation Mark Gale said: “We have been eagerly awaiting the debut of Bonefish Grill at FLL as part of the final phase of new concessions to open in our multi-year Terminal 3 modernisation program, and the wait was worth it.
“It simply looks great, and the restaurant’s attractive décor, stunning centrepiece bar, airfield views and seafood-themed menu are a welcomed addition to the airport’s offerings. Travellers are going to love it.”
Delaware North Travel in Florida Director of Operations Eric Haseman said: “The debut of Bonefish Grill adds another excellent full-service dining option. This is a momentous time for us, with the opening of three new outlets in recent months and more on the horizon.”
In addition to The Market on Las Olas, Delaware North also introduced the Topo Chico Hard Seltzer Cantina in T3, Concourse E in late September. The 20-seat concept offers a variety of Topo Chico’s hard seltzers, along with beer, wine, and cocktails.
Delaware North said it is currently preparing for the launch of a T3 food court at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport. It will feature a blend of national and local fast-casual brands.
The completion of this three-concept food court, anticipated in early 2024, will mark the culmination of Delaware North’s 26-unit foodservice programme at the airport.
