Dufri International launches ‘the world’s fastest e-Reader’

The BeBook Neo uses a Freescale processor, offering rapid browsing and operating speeds, says Dufri International

NETHERLANDS. Dufri International has launched the BeBook Neo, hailing it as the world’s first WiFi e-Reader with access to eBook stores worldwide.

Using the latest patented e-Paper technology, the BeBook Neo has a powerful processor that offers rapid reading and browsing speeds, Dufri International said. BeBook Neo’s battery allows up to 7,000 page turns on a full charge.

Some of its features include:

• Easy eBook store access: Users can go to the Neo eBook portal and a world map will appear. Clicking on their country will bring up a clear overview of third party eBook stores

• Connection to the Internet through WiFi – Besides shopping for eBooks online, users can access Google and Wikipedia on the go

• A powerful Freescale processor, which offers rapid browsing and operating speeds – the BeBook Neo claims to be the fastest e-Reader currently on the market

• The latest WACOM touch panel technology, which is said to provide a very fast and more natural reading experience. The touch screen allows users to use the BeBook Neo for sketching, annotations and text mark-up – ideal for educational and business purposes.

• The open architecture of the BeBook Neo e-Reader makes it possible to expand its capabilities

The BeBook Neo is now available for a recommended retail price of €299.
