E. Gluck Corporation, in cooperation with its partner WITHit, has announced a key distribution agreement with domestic and travel retail distributor CITRA.
CITRA, a New York-based company with a subsidiary in The Netherlands, represents American companies and products for domestic and travel retail channels outside the US.
CITRA will represent E. Gluck Corporation and WITHit’s multi-branded collections of wearables to customers in the greater EU region. The cooperative partnership will also place a global focus on duty free and travel retail business development.
E. Gluck Corporation, through its partnership with WITHit, offers fashion accessories from Apple, Samsung, Garmin, and Fitbit smartwatches, as well as Apple AirPods cases and Apple AirTag holders, under the brands WITHit, Anne Klein, Nine West, Steve Madden and Vince Camuto.
“Citra is a well-developed company and the perfect partner to grow our business in certain untapped European markets and travel retail,” said E. Gluck Corporation Senior Vice President Global & Travel Retail Sales Rob Robertaccio.

“The timing is absolutely perfect with the explosive growth that we are seeing globally in tech accessories business.”
CITRA Owner Bart L. Collins expressed confidence that the new cooperative will be mutually beneficial. “With this new endeavour, CITRA aims to expand its product portfolio and reinforce its position as an importer and distributor of sought-after products,” he commented.
E. Gluck Corporation, founded more than 65 years ago, manufactures and brings to market a range of timepieces and – through its WITHit partnership – wearable tech accessories.

THE BACK STORYThe E. Gluck Corporation story (detailed poignantly in the video below) is extraordinary as much for its roots as its subsequent success over almost seven decades. The company was founded in New York by Eugen Gluck, a Jewish man born in Romania. In 1942 the entire Gluck family was incarcerated by the Nazis in the Auschwitz concentration camp. Eugen Gluck was the only one to come out alive. “I’m going to survive this,” he pledged to himself one day in the camp. “And I’m going to show you how human beings are supposed to treat each other.”
In 1956 he entered the watchmaking business, launching an accessibly priced range under the Armitron name. Over the subsequent years E. Gluck Corporation grew into an American watchmaking powerhouse and Eugen Gluck became one of the country’s most generous philanthropists, also playing an important role in funding Israel’s development. He passed at 92 years of age, one year after Jean. ✈ |
