Kering Eyewear has unveiled the latest global travel retail campaign for Gucci.
The #EyeExplore campaign will roll out in select travel retail locations from May to September 2021 as part of Gucci Eyewear’s channel-oriented strategy.
It will feature on dedicated displays and in exclusive customer experiences in top travel retail doors.
The campaign was shot by American photographer Daniel Shea in Venice, Italy and features two new travel retail-exclusive sunglass styles.
The first sunglass style features a feminine oversized square frame, while the second style features a masculine rectangular silhouette. Both frames are constructed with an acetate front and metal temples, decorated with an engraved Gucci logo.
The two sunglass styles also feature Gucci’s Horsebit detail, which is a well-known emblem of the brand’s equestrian heritage. The Horsebit detail made its first appearance in the brand’s eyewear range at its Spring Summer 2021 collection.
