Foreign exchange tender results for Ben Gurion terminal three are announced

ISRAEL. Bank Hapoalim and Change Place have each won contracts to provide foreign exchange services at Ben Gurion International Airport terminal three, the Israel Airports Authority said this week.

Bank Hapoalim’s bid was NIS7.9 million (US$1.8 million) annually and Change Point’s was NIS 5.7 million (US$1.3 million) per year. Services to be provided include automatic teller machines and counters, similar to those currently used at T1 in both the general area and airside.

Both contracts are for a five-year period, with an option for two additional years.

T3 is set to be operational on 15 June, 2004.
