USA. Fraport Maryland has opened two locations of regional favourite restaurant Ledo Pizza at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI Marshall).
A grand opening celebration was held yesterday (12 February) at the airport. The two units are located in the main terminal near the observation gallery (pre-security) and in the B Concourse (post-security).
The pre-security location also incorporates local handcrafted ice cream sandwiches company Cream Cruiser.
Maryland-based Ledo Pizza is famed in the region for its rectangular pizzas which feature thick cut pepperoni. The company was founded in 1955.
