QATAR. The Moodie Davitt Report is delighted to reveal the complete agenda for The Trinity Forum 2026, taking place on 5-6 February in Doha.
Themed ‘Transforming Airport Commerce: Innovation, Collaboration, and Passenger-Centred Growth’, the programme features two days of in-depth discussions, strategic insights and networking for the aviation and travel retail industries.
The world’s most influential airport commercial revenues conference will be hosted by Qatar Airways, Hamad International Airport and Qatar Duty Free.

As reported, an Early Bird delegate pass is available for US$1,100 for ACI members and US$1,300 for non-members. The registration fee rises to US$1,400 and US$1,600, respectively, after that date.
The Trinity Forum is owned by The Moodie Davitt Report and co-organised in a highly successful long-term partnership with Airports Council International (ACI) Asia Pacific & Middle East and ACI World. This year, the additional inclusion of ACI Europe as a co-organiser marks a significant enhancement to the event’s scope and influence.
Taking place at The St. Regis Doha, the prestigious annual event will feature a robust programme addressing critical topics, such as evolving passenger behaviours, digital transformation in retail and sustainable revenue strategies. Preliminary findings from ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East’s Travel Retail Study will also be showcased, offering actionable insights for the industry.

Day One kicks off with registration, coffee and networking, followed by opening remarks from The Moodie Davitt Report Founder & Chairman Martin Moodie and President Dermot Davitt.
The forum opens with a keynote, followed by a discussion titled ‘Ensuring Airport Retail Remains Relevant in an Ever-Changing World’, presented by Gebr. Heinemann Owner and Co-CEO Max Heinemann.
Delegates will then explore the ‘Humanisation vs Digitalisation in the Age of AI’, featuring TAV OS CEO Aude Ferrand and Lagardère Travel Retail EVP Strategy & AI Qihua Wang.
Also on the agenda is ‘Walking the Walk with Trinity’, with speakers set to be revealed.
The afternoon will focus on the future of travel retail, featuring ‘Talking Tenders: Where Next for the Travel Retail Business Model?’ and ‘Winning Over Gen Z: Redefining Airport Retail for the Next-Generation Traveller’, with speakers to be announced.
Delegates will also hear from industry experts in sessions including ‘Travel Retail in the Post-Pandemic Era: Emerging Trends, Passenger Behaviour, and Policy Recommendations’ and ‘Assessing the Great Saudi Opportunity’, with speakers to be confirmed.

Day Two builds on the discussion, opening with a session on ‘The Power of Partnership’, followed by ‘No Place for Airport Silos Any Longer – Integrating Lounges with the Commercial Offer’, featuring Lima Airport Partners Chief Commercial Officer Norbert Onkelbach and other panellists.
Additional sessions will explore ‘Localisation and Cultural Storytelling in Retail’, alongside ‘From a Trinity to a Quaternity: Driving Conversion Through Integrated Communication Across the Airport Estate’.
Aer Rianta International CEO Ray Hernan will share insights in ‘Delivering Value, Values and Vibrancy to a Changing Consumer Base’.
The agenda also features future-focused sessions, including ‘Megatrends Shaping the Future of Airport Non-Aeronautical Business’ and ‘A New Travel Retail Superforce Emerges’.
‘Brave New World – A Visionary Exploration into Travel Retail’s Future 2050-Style’ will feature Philip Morris International Global Travel Retail Vice President Beste Ermaner, along with other speakers. The programme concludes with closing remarks.
A gala dinner hosted by Qatar Airways, Hamad International Airport and Qatar Duty Free will bring the event to a close, offering delegates a chance to connect and celebrate. ✈
