HMSHost debuts Las Vegas Beer Union at Harry Reid International Airport

USA. Travel restaurateur HMSHost, an Avolta company, has unveiled proprietary bar concept Las Vegas Beer Union at Harry Reid International Airport.

The 66sq m space offers 26 seats at the bar.

The drinks menu features a variety of local craft beers available on tap and in cans, plus wine, spirits and select craft cocktails, including espresso Martinis.

The bar offers burgers and small bites such as chicken parmesan wings and buffalo hot wings.

Pizzas are also available, including the Chicken Bacon Avocado, which has grilled chicken, crispy bacon, mozzarella, tomato sauce, ranch drizzle and sliced avocado.

In addition, breakfast options are on the menu including ‘The Early Riser’, a pizza featuring scrambled eggs, sweet Italian sausage, hand crushed tomato, basil and mozzarella.
