SINGAPORE. Changi Airport Group has issued a call for potential partners to take part in a Direct Marketing Exercise for concessions at the new Lifestyle Concept Development space in Terminal 3.
CAG said it was seeking “concepts that will enhance, add value and differentiate the retail as well as F&B offerings” in the three-storey zone.
The four spaces on offer in this exercise range from 390sq m to 1,656sq m (the latter spanning the full three storeys).

The tenancy period for concessions with a cumulative total floor area of over 600sq m will be for five years from 1 October 2027, or the date of commencement of operations, whichever is later.
For spaces under 600sq m, tenancies will run from the same date for three-and-a-half years. In both cases there will be options to extend for a minimum further years.
