HONG KONG, CHINA. Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) is seeking bids for a light refreshment concession in Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 1.
The opportunity includes three strategically located outlets, the Departures Central Concourse and Departures North Concourse on Level 6, and Arrivals Central Concourse on Level 5.

Submissions are due on 14 November, 4pm Hong Kong time.
Announcing the tender, AAHK said: “HKIA is a world-class international transport hub with extensive air, sea and land links as well as round-the-clock facilities. Through offering premium food and services, the authority strives to provide the best airport experience for our passengers.”
The tender documents are available for download at AAHK’s electronic tendering system – ePROS website.
Potential bidders must hold a valid registered account as ‘Retailer/F&B Operator’ and pay a non-refundable fee of HK$5,000 (US$643) to access the documents. ✈
