Hudson Group names Roger Fordyce as CEO as Joseph DiDomizio departs

Fordyce was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He has worked for Hudson for 30 years.

The company’s Board of Directors thanked DiDomizio for his contribution to the group’s development over the years. The Board wishes Mr. DiDomizio all the best in his future endeavours.”

DiDomizio (right) will also leave the Board of Directors. Hudson Ltd. also announced the notice of a Proposed Shareholder Written Resolution which (if passed by shareholders) would appoint Fordyce to succeed him as a Class III Director until the company’s 2021 annual general meeting or until his office is otherwise vacated.
