FRANCE. Our latest image selection comes from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Terminal 1, where the Extime Duty Free joint venture between Groupe ADP and Lagardère Travel Retail presents a fine showcase for France in its wines & spirits offer.
We especially like the French Spirit Festival, currently taking centre stage in the store. It gives prominence to artisanal labels that will be less well known to the international audience travelling through T1.

How lovely to see the excellent L’Acrobate gin, Whiskies du Monde-made single malt whisky Évadé or Breton single malt Armorik – each of which in its own way mirrors France’s top-class spirit-making traditions – shine in the airport.

This is complemented as ever by the fine wine, Champagne and Cognac ranges in their own elegant wall bays through the store.
This Extime Duty Free store that houses drinks, gourmet food and confectionery is not as visible as the beauty offer that anchors the terminal’s retail space – in this sense a strong showcase for France provides a welcome drawcard. ✈
