The airport brings the spirit of Deepavali to life with a colourful retailtainment activation, inviting travellers to celebrate through interactive and cultural experiences

As the Indian community worldwide ushers in the Festival of Lights (20 October), the airport company has brought the celebration to life through vibrant decorations, with a traditional kolam at the heart of Terminal 1.

The installations are adorned with a burst of colours, delicate craftsmanship and thousands of twinkling lights, capturing the essence of the festival – the triumph of light over darkness and knowledge over ignorance.

Visitors are also invited to enjoy the interactive dance mirror, record their Karana dance and share the moment on social media for a chance to win a Habib gold bar.
