TURKEY. Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport and Arrture today announced the impending launch of ISG Portpal, calling it the first Turkish airports’ global rewards programme designed for all travellers.
ISG Portpal by Istanbul Gökçen International Airport is a rewards programme designed to provide unique and personalised offers at the airport as well as globally through an easy-to-use app.
A partners’ event held at ISG Airport Hotel on 1 April by Sabiha Gökçen International Airport and Arrture shared the app’s final development stage.Arrture, a global airport loyalty solution, will be providing a total turnkey solution to the airport while managing the ISG PORTPAL rewards programme.
The first phase of the programme will enable ISG Portpal users to earn and spend at Sabiha Gökçen International. App users will be able to enjoy exclusive offers and benefits, including food & beverage points, duty free shopping offers, lounge use, fast-track points, airport hotel and airport parking lot incentives, all on a single platform.
The next phase will expand beyond the airport to cover a wide range of rewards globally.
Speaking at the event, Arrture Founder and Plaza Premium Group CEO Song Hoi See said, “Arrture is excited to partner with Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport to create ISG Portpal in providing Turkey’s first global airport rewards programme.

Arrture is a global airport loyalty solution that brings accessibility to all-inclusive airport services and air travel benefits to its partners. In 2020, Arrture provided the Plaza Premium Group with a rewards solution for its global membership programme, Smart Traveller.
Plaza Premium Group has been a strategic partner of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport since 2021. It provides a range of passenger services operations, including fast track and meets & assist services, as well as airport hospitality services.
Sabiha Gökçen International Airport CEO Berk Albayrak said, “ISG is an emerging city airport, and we wanted our passengers to pre-plan their journey and provide them access to all our facilities from their mobile phones.
“We have been working very hard to refine and improve our website and our airport mobile application. With our partners we launched, integrated ecommerce services for Fast Track, F&B, duty free, and PCR testing.”
Albayrak said that the agreement will strengthen the future of ISG and allow it to adopt new practices with a transformative and visionary approach that will provide passengers with a “flawless travel experience”.
