USA. Jackmont Hospitality has introduced well-known local chain Elixr Coffee Roasters to the food & beverage line-up at Philadelphia International Airport.
The speciality coffee house, which has six existing locations, joins two TGI Friday restaurants from Jackmont’s portfolio.

According to MarketPlace PHL, Elixr offers passengers “an elevated coffee experience” featuring artisanal brews and “masterfully crafted” espressos. Guests can enjoy classic Elixr favourites such as lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolate, coffee milkshakes, cold drinks and various teas.
Elixr sources its coffee beans internationally and is known for coffee varieties such as the Beekeeper Expresso; Jardines Del Eden, Colombia; and Guayabal, Costa Rica.
The café’s food offer consists of pastries and light bites sourced from Philadelphia bakeries.
Elixr’s journey began in 2010, when Founder Evan Inatome’s small coffeehouse concept launched in Philadelphia with business partner and former Philadelphia Eagles NFL player Winston Justice. In addition to several local stores, Elixr has expanded to State College, Pennsylvania and Nashville, Tennessee.
Inatome said: “Since Elixr started in Philly, we’re particularly proud to expand with our newest location at PHL, one of the region’s busiest locations. We are travellers ourselves and know the comfort and importance of a great cup of coffee away from home.”
Jackmont Hospitality CEO and Co-Founder Daniel Halpern commented: “This exciting new launch promises Philly passengers an enjoyable experience. It’s an ideal combination of Elixr’s top-of-the-line coffees and Jackmont’s hallmark service.”
MarketPlace PHL Vice President and General Manager Mel Hannah said: “We’re very pleased to welcome Elixr to Philadelphia International Airport. Passengers can always look forward to a great cup of coffee from Elixr to start their travels and throughout each day.”
