Lindt & Sprüngli is shining the spotlight on its dual hero lines, Dubai Style Chocolate and Tokyo Style Chocolate Matcha Strawberry, with a takeover of The Moodie Davitt Report desktop homepage, along with an elegantly curated treatment of our mobile website.

As reported, Lindt Dubai Style Chocolate was a runway success for the chocolate company last year, becoming one of Lindt’s strongest travel retail launches in recent years.

Lindt Tokyo Style Matcha Strawberry Chocolate builds on this momentum, tapping into the global popularity of matcha, drawing inspiration from Japanese tea ceremony traditions and rising interest for mindful indulgence.

The Matcha Strawberry edition (145g) combines white Lindt chocolate with quality matcha, strawberry pieces and crunchy Genmai – traditional Japanese roasted rice.

Lindt Head of Global Travel Retail Peter Zehnder said, “Following the runaway success of Lindt Dubai Style Chocolate, we’re delighted to introduce Tokyo Style Chocolate Matcha Strawberry at airports worldwide.

In-store displays, sampling and storytelling create a stand-out showcase for the Tokyo Style Chocolate at the Lindt flagship boutique in Changi Airport Terminal 1. Click here for our full story.

“This latest innovation continues our mission to enchant the world with chocolate by listening closely to what travellers are seeking today: authentic, premium taste experiences.”

The expression was launched across key European airports in December 2025 with availability strictly limited to 300 handcrafted, individually numbered tablets on a first-come, first-served basis.

This was followed by further airport activations at Singapore Changi and Paris Charles de Gaulle in February.
