Lotte Duty Free reveals Changi T3 arrivals store

SINGAPORE. Lotte Duty Free has unveiled its new arrivals store at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3. The opening took place this weekend just before Lunar New Year. The Lotte Duty Free Singapore team marked the moment with a short video released via LinkedIn (below).

As reported, Lotte Duty Free began its six-year contract as Singapore Changi Airport liquor & tobacco concessionaire in June 2020, taking over from long-time incumbent DFS Group.

The Korean duty free powerhouse is contracted to run 18 liquor & tobacco stores across Changi Airport’s four terminals, spanning more than 8,000sq m of retail space.

Lotte Duty Free said it will eventually offer over 3,000 tax and duty free wines & spirits at the airport as it expands its product line-up once stores are fully operational and as traffic rebuilds post-crisis.

Highlights include special and limited-edition whiskies and Cognacs, exclusive labels only found at Changi Airport, a dedicated collection of Asian spirits highlighting brands from Singapore and Korea, as well as alcohol-free options to cater to growing demand for non-alcoholic beverages.

Key concepts across the multi-terminal operation include a specialised Cognac brand boutique, immersive experience zones dedicated to whisk(e)y, gin and wines, and a hi-tech tasting bar, among others.
