The expanded Fnac store at Paris Orly West carries a comprehensive range for travellers |
The FNAC store at Paris Orly Airport, run by LS travel retail, has recently completed refurbishment and expansion work.
LS travel retail runs several FNAC stores in French airports and railway stations.
Fnac offers a diverse selection of multimedia products, such as books, films, music and video games, to Paris Orly passengers in the West Terminal, along with technology, including the entire Apple range comprising iPhone, iPad, MacBook and headphones.
A space has been dedicated to airport-specific requirements, such as repairs and gifts.
The Books section spans nearly 4,700 titles. In addition to fiction, novels, essays, crime, current affairs, youth, well-being, business and cartoon titles, the selection has been adapted to the airport with a tourism section and foreign language books.
Technological products also take pride of place with an up-to-date selection of MP3 players, electronic readers, tablets and notebooks.
The music section offers dedicated areas for brands such as Bose, Apple and Beats. Recordings from more than 1,500 artists are featured, including the best new releases and titles exclusive to Fnac and a digital sound bar to listen to numerous artists.
Passengers will also be able to choose from the best in film (DVD/Blue-ray) and video games.
The FNAC store in Orly West is the second such outlet to open in a Paris airport and the first in the public area. Last June, the brand opened a shop of around 100sq m in Hall M of Paris Charles de Gaulle.
By the end of 2013, five new FNACc stores will have been opened by LS travel retail beyond passport control in Paris airport terminals.
