LS travel retail North America opens second Relay store in Sangster Airport |
US. LS travel retail North America has opened a second Relay store at Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica, further expanding its footprint in the Caribbean.
In addition to the new location, LS travel retail North America also operates two stores in Sangster Airport (Island News & Coffee and Relay) and other concepts in Puerto Rico, St Martin, St Thomas and St Croix.
Opened on 14 July, the 713sq ft Relay store is located post-security and is geared towards making the traveller’s journey smoother by helping pass time, making shopping easy, and facilitating comfort, exploration and relaxation, the company said.
The merchandise assortment includes a hand-picked selection of travel essentials, media items, convenience-related products, as well as health and beauty items.
Tailored to Sangster International Airport, the store also provides an unmistakable sense of place with its Jamaican-themed gifts and souvenirs.
As a gateway to Jamaica, Sangster International Airport serves in excess of 3.2 million passengers each year. It is said to be the busiest of Jamaica’s three international airports and one of the largest and more modern airports in the Caribbean.
