
MACAU, CHINA. Macau International Airport Company (CAM) today launched a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a single retailer to operate a 721sq m sub-concession space dedicated to Specialty Retail Services in Macau International Airport’s (MIA) airside departures zone.
Bids close on 8 January at noon Macau time (see schedule below). The concession will run from handover date (no earlier than June 2026) until 6 November 2030.
Specialty Retail Services may include international brands, branded fashion, comprehensive fashion, leathergoods, shoes, accessories, fine jewellery and watches, health and wellness products and services, kidswear & toys, travel accessories, books, arts & crafts, or electronics & communication products).

The successful bidder can operate with or without General Merchandise Retail Services (except for liquor & tobacco and perfumes & cosmetics).
The RFP documents and other pertinent information are available at www.camacau.com from today (26 September) to 12:00 noon on 8 January 2026 Macau local time.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 23 October 2025 at 10:30am (Macau local time). Following that gathering, a site visit of the available space will be conducted.
Any company which has entered into and maintains a sub-concession contract of any activities/services with CAM as a sub-concessionaire will not be selected for the contract negotiation under this RFP. ✈
