SPAIN. Baggage protection, storage and travel accessories specialist TraWell Co has opened four outlets in Adolfo Suárez Madrid Barajas Airport Terminal 4.
Under an agreement struck last year, the company will open seven units in total across three terminals, offering baggage protection solutions, luggage and accessory sales. A further three outlets offering baggage storage and other services will open in 2027.
With over 60 million passengers, Madrid-Barajas represents the largest airport in the TraWell network, followed by Miami and Rome Fiumicino.

TraWell Co CEO Rudolph Gentile said: “We are excited to start serving travellers at one of the busiest airports in Europe. This contract marks a significant step in our growth strategy in Europe, where we are present in nine of the top 30 airports, and underscores our commitment to expanding business lines beyond baggage protection by growing our presence in baggage storage services.” ✈
