Master ConcessionAir unveils Chili’s restaurant and Farm2Air Market store at Key West Airport

USA. Master ConcessionAir (MCA) has shared details with The Moodie Davitt Report of two new food & beverage outlets in Key West International Airport’s recently expanded main terminal.

They are the 158-seat, 520sq m Chili’s restaurant and bar, and proprietary brand Farm2Air Market, a 204sq m store offering preflight grab-and-go products.

Chili’s features a 40-seat bar, which is proving a major draw for passengers since its 27 April opening

Offering food throughout the day, Chili’s – which has more than 1,600 locations worldwide – is best-known for its sizzling fajitas, variety of burgers and appetisers. The airport breakfast menu includes eggs benedict and breakfast tacos.

MCA CEO Peter Amaro Jr told us: “The reception has been phenomenal in the restaurant’s opening days. MCA is thrilled to partner with Chili’s and Key West Airport in the new terminal, which really is spectacular considering the size of the airport [1.45 million passengers in 2024].

Master ConcessionAir proprietary brand Farm2Air Market offers wide-ranging food & beverage items to airport guests

“Our goal with this concession is to offer travellers a delicious, convenient dining option that adds to their overall airport experience. The large bar we have directly in front the restaurant, with over 40 seats, is proving particularly popular – it is the first location to fill up.”

Key West International Airport Executive Director Richard Strickland commented: “We’re excited about the Chili’s offering for our passengers and happy to have Master ConcessionAir at the helm.”

Meanwhile, the Farm2Air Market store offers a wide food product range, including protein bars, yoghurts, crisps, cookies, confectionery, empanadas, sandwiches, salads and wraps, plus local favourite Key Lime Pie. The drinks list includes waters, juices, flavoured milks and sodas.

Sharing the thinking behind the store’s format, Amaro said: “No matter the situation, preflight grab-and-go is always the old reliable. We’ve rounded up our favourite snacks from our experiences in multiple airports that are convenient, delicious and – most often – a combination of the two.”

Amaro revealed that MCA will also open a Starbucks and two more proprietary brands, Conch Flyer Bar & Grill and Maestro Della Pizza, as part of its contract at Key West Airport.

MCA currently operates over 275 retail and F&B units in 24 airports across the USA. The company’s next openings will be at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Panama Tocumen International Airport. ‍
