INDIA. Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport has launched the ‘One Nation Billion Celebrations’ campaign to mark the festival of Diwali (12 November) and the ongoing Cricket World Cup {in which host nation India has qualified top and is set to play New Zealand in the semi-finals -Ed}.
The campaign activities include a ‘Shop n Win Contest’ which offers passengers a chance to win prizes while shopping at the airport. The Cricket World Cup is being screened live inside the terminal, engaging sports enthusiasts and travellers alike.
The ‘One Nation Billion Celebrations’ campaign allows passengers to participate and win rewards upon purchases that cross a designated threshold. To participate, passengers are required to scan the QR code printed on their invoices. They will be prompted to provide their details and answer two questions to submit the entry.

Participants can engage in the contest multiple times, provided each entry is associated with a separate invoice that surpasses the threshold. Prizes on offer include gift cards from Shoppers Stop, Kimirica Love Story gift set and a travel tote bag for participants. The campaign will culminate with a draw and the winners will be announced at the end of February.
Interactive displays are strategically placed around the airport to craft an immersive cultural experience for passengers, evoking a true Sense of Place.
