GERMANY. Omnevo, a company well-known in travel retail as a provider of software solutions for ecommerce supply chain, logistics and buy-onboard technology, today announced a strategic partnership with Ventiga Capital Partners, a UK private equity firm specialising in the B2B services space.
Omnevo, which operates across the inflight, airport and railway sectors, said the Veintiga investment will provide access to new capital and expertise to accelerate growth.
Omnevo’s senior management team and Co-founders will remain in the business and retain meaningful equity stakes, reflecting a commitment to deliver the next phase of growth.
