Dr Weil and Origins offer a new way to take tumeric | |
UK. Origins has created a new travel retail exclusive make-up set, called Light Up Your Lips. It is being launched this month into Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
The set contains a trio of Origins’ Liquid Lip Color glosses, featuring updated packaging and a new shade range, namely Juicy Details, Soft Sizzle and Really Rosy. The products are said to deliver “super-high shine and incredible colour”.
The formula features rice bran oil, aloe and vitamin E to soothe and smooth, plus a refreshing cool mint finish.
Also rolling out into travel retail Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asian regions next month is Dr Weil for Origins Conditioning Lip Balm with Turmeric (the product was launched in the Americas region in August 2007).
Turmeric has long been used in Eastern and Ayurvedic traditions and is a staple of Asian diets, the company noted. Dr Weil has long recommended a diet rich in turmeric as part of his philosophy for healthier living.
In addition to turmeric, the new lip balm features lip protectors, moisturisers and other antioxidants. It is said to be highly emollient, and to rapidly restore softness and smoothness to parched lips.
Turmeric aside, its key ingredients include organic cocoa butter, organic jojoba, and essential oils of sweet ginger and lime.
