USA. The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) Board has approved a series of dining and retail concession packages as part of the Orlando International Airport Concession Master Plan.
The Phase 2 approval introduces an expanded mix of concession concepts, including some landmark Central Florida restaurants plus nationally recognised brands.
The three-phase project is a part of the Aviation Authority’s vision to deliver “an elevated, world-class experience” for more than 57 million annual guests.

Phase 2 restaurant and retail locations include:
- Bahia Bowls
- Bricks & Bowls
- Chick-fil-A
- Crisp & Green
- Einstein Bros. Bagels
- InMotion
- Just Love Coffee Cafe
- Naya Middle Eastern Counter & Grill
- Panda Express
- Piggza
- Sambazon
- Shake Shack
- Starbucks
“This three-phased project goes to the heart of our mission at Orlando International Airport to create an experience that is welcoming, seamless, and distinctly representative of Central Florida,” said Greater Orlando Aviation Authority CEO Lance Lyttle.
“Through this concession programme, we are bringing unique flavours and innovative concepts directly to our guests, while continuing to offer the national brands they know and enjoy. It is all part of our broader vision to deliver a world-class airport experience from the moment travellers arrive.”
Phase 1, announced in December 2024, includes more than 40 new restaurants and retail locations, featuring hometown establishments such as Otto’s High Dive, Stasio’s, Smoke & Donuts, Kelly’s Ice Cream and 4Rivers. Planning and construction preparations are underway, with phased openings scheduled for Summer 2026 through to late 2028.
Collectively, the three phases of the Concession Master Plan will redevelop more than 200,000sq ft of guest space.
The Concession Master Plan is one aspect of the Aviation Authority’s US$5.9 billion Capital Improvement Plan that involves upgrades across terminals A and B. ✈
