TÜRKIYE. In cooperation with Gebr. Heinemann and Unifree Duty Free, French Haute Parfumerie house Parfums de Marly has opened its first pop-up store at Istanbul Airport. Launched on 1 October, the pop up will run until 31 December.
Parfums de Marly CEO Julien Sausset said: “We are thrilled to collaborate with Heinemann, in conjunction with Unifree Duty Free, in bringing our highly exclusive experience to our global guests traveling through Istanbul.
“For the first time we invite the travel retail clients to enter the world of Parfums de Marly, to embark upon a luxurious journey, placing a spotlight on our novelty Palatine.”
The Maison proudly unveil its latest opus, Palatine, an audacious feminine scent, described as a composition that is sophisticated yet gourmand, delicate yet radiant.
“Princess Palatine was an atypical, offbeat personality,” said Julien Sprecher, Founder of Parfums de Marly.

“To celebrate that audacity, I wanted to revisit the violet petal, a note that tends to be perceived as traditional, and make it the heroine of a composition that is, on the contrary, quite contemporary, and unexpected.”
Extremely refined yet freed from convention, a royal residence intended solely for a private inner circle, the Château de Marly is an exception in French history. A setting dedicated to pleasure and celebration, it was the most avant-garde facet of 18th-century French art de vivre.
Three hundred years later, Julien Sprecher draws inspiration from the Château to create his own Maison of Haute Parfumerie. Parfums de Marly shakes up the codes of niche perfumery to reconnect with excellence, audacity and unbridled creativity.
