Pre-registration opens for TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference in Singapore

SINGAPORE. Tax Free World Association (TFWA) has opened pre-registration for the TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference, to be held on 11-15 May in Singapore.

Attendees can pre-register until 3 April via this link.

Hosted at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre, the event will begin with the TFWA Asia Pacific Conference on Monday (12 May), featuring insights from leading industry experts in the region.

The exhibition will open later that day at 2:30pm, marking the return of TFWA i.lab Asia where companies will showcase groundbreaking concepts designed to shape the future of travel retail.

Other key highlights include the TFWA ONE2ONE personalised meeting service, offering exhibitors, retailers, landlords, agents and distributors a dedicated platform for formal meetings from Monday to Thursday.

The event will gather leading names in the industry with confirmed attendees including Beam Suntory, Chanel, Clarins, Dyson, Ferrero, Hermès, Imperial Brands, JTI, Kering Eyewear, Kosé, La Prairie, Lacoste, L’Oréal, Mondelēz International, Paul & Shark, Pernod Ricard, SK-II Group, Shiseido, Swarovski, Thelios and Victorinox.

The TFWA website features a regularly updated list of exhibitors, with new additions included.

Top retailers from the industry have confirmed their participation, with strong representation from buyers across all categories.

The event will once again feature the Hosted Airports Programme, designed to foster business relationships in high-growth markets. It will include participation from key airport companies in China, India, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and Oceania, highlighting those with major infrastructure and commercial development.

TFWA has secured preferential rates with leading hotels and official airline partners Air France and KLM for attendees travelling to Singapore.

This year’s TFWA Asia Pacific Conference is officially hosted by Changi Airport Group, with additional support from the City of Singapore and the Singapore Exhibition & Convention Bureau. ✈
