Puig opens regional Americas travel retail hub in Miami

Puig’s new Miami headquarters will house 50 employees from the company’s Americas travel retail and Latin Americas distributors teams

Family-owned fragrance company Puig has opened a regional Americas travel retail hub in Miami. The hub will play a key role in consolidating the company’s foothold in the Latin America market and help leverage the growth of its North American travel retail division.

According to the company, the Miami hub will allow it to deepen relationships with suppliers and retailers in the Americas and tap into local talent pools. It will also elevate its prestige brands in the region and drive a curated expansion of its niche portfolio.

On 13 September, Puig inaugurated the Miami Hub with an opening ceremony. During the event, attendees had the opportunity to tour the 11,147 sq ft Puig offices in the Sabadell Financial Centre, which will house 50 employees from Puig’s Americas travel retail and Latin Americas distributors teams, both formerly based in Panama. The teams will benefit from a wide range of amenities including collaborative workspaces and sports facilities amid a sustainable working environment.

The Miami hub is certified Leed Gold, which means it follows the highest green energy standards in line with the company’s 2023 ESG Agenda.

Puig Chief Operating Officer Javier Bach commented: “Miami provides a special platform to strengthen our travel retail presence in the Americas and realise the full potential of Puig’s brands in the region.
