ITALY. Luggage protection and tracing services company Safe Bag has appointed Banca Finnat Euroamerica as Nomad and Global Coordinator for its subsidiary SOS Travel.com.
The appointment aims to conclude the IPO on the AIM segment of Borsa Italiana by July 2018. To achieve this, Banca Finnat will work alongside strategic advisor PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory and financial advisor Ambromobiliare (who were both appointed in November last year).
SOS Travel.com was founded in November 2017 and will soon offer a series of new assistance services through a digital platform accessible both through mobile devices and via the Internet.
These services will include airport and flight information and access to VIP lounges and reserved fast track security lines.
“We are honoured by the involvement of Banca Finnat Euroamerica in the listing of SOS Travel.com,” said Safe Bag and SOS Travel.com Chairman Rudolph Gentile. “[They are] one of the main operators in the AIM segment and have immediately understood the potential of our project.”
