SPIRITS & WINES: Alizé set for fruitful debut – CANNES LAUNCH

UK. Kobrand International is unveiling its new line-up of Alizé natural fruit liqueurs at the TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes in October.

Alizé blends fresh fruit juices with fine French Cognac, and will be launched onto the global travel retail market in three varieties:

Alizé Wild Passion – newly launched onto the international stage this year, it is described as a refreshing blend of French cognac, passionfruit, mango and pink grapefruit;

Alizé Red Passion – combining cranberry juice, tropical passionfruit and fine Cognac;

Alizé Gold Passion – the original award-winning blend of premium Cognac and fresh passionfruit juices, presented in a translucent frosted bottle.

All Alizé Cognac fruit liqueurs (16% ABV) can be served chilled, straight, on the rocks or as a base for cocktails.

Kobrand International marketing and sales director Lewis Johnstone commented: “Alizé has rapidly gained popularity among sophisticated fun-loving people since its launch in the US in 1987. It tastes great, looks fantastic and makes amazing cocktails. The trade loves it because it’s easy to deliver and incredibly versatile.

Alizé can be found on the Kobrand International stand, F1 in the Blue Village.

In addition to Alizé, Kobrand International will also be presenting VS and VSOP lines from the Lafragette house in Cognac, at the show. The Lafragette collection includes ‘Les Crus du Cognac’, an attractive presentation box comprising five 20cl bottles of Cognac.

Lastly, the company will also present the Kobrand California Selection of Wines, each the product of a family business.
