TFWA reveals networking programme details for 2025 World Exhibition & Conference

FRANCE. Tax Free World Association (TFWA) has released details of the networking programme for the TFWA World Exhibition & Conference 2025, taking place from 28 September to 2 October at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.

As part of TFWA’s ongoing support for the ‘Yes We Cannes!’ inclusive sports programme, the week will kick off with a blind football and wheelchair rugby tournament on Sunday 28 September.

Co-organised by TFWA and French accessible sports charity Stade Toulousain Handisport and supported by m1nd-set, the Sunday morning tournament will be preceded by the Yes We Cannes! Para-Bikathon, a 500km+ handcycle ride starting from Toulouse on 22 September and concluding in Cannes. Riders are scheduled to arrive in front of Cannes City Hall at 5.30pm on Saturday 27 September.

More information about the 2025 Yes We Cannes! programme can be found here.

Sunday’s daytime sporting activities will be followed by the opening cocktail at Carlton Beach from 7pm. Access to this and all other networking events is complimentary for all badge holders.

The TFWA Lounge will return on Monday 29 September and Tuesday 30 September with evening (6.30pm to 9pm) and night-time (10pm to 1am) sessions.

On Wednesday 1 October evening (10pm to 2am), Carlton Beach will be transformed into the ‘Phenomena Club’, featuring a line-up of DJs including the world-renowned Martin Solveig.

For more formal networking opportunities, delegates can use TFWA’s ONE2ONE meeting service to convene with exhibiting brands, key buyers, airports and trade agents.

TFWA President Philippe Margueritte commented, “Networking is a core part of attending a TFWA event and remains vital for the progress of an industry that is forged on relationships. This year’s programme reflects our commitment to creating meaningful connections in unforgettable settings.

“Alongside the chance to exchange ideas, conduct business and explore new opportunities, delegates can seed and grow new partnerships in a relaxed atmosphere. We look forward to connecting the industry once again in Cannes later this year.”
