QATAR/INTERNATIONAL. Three things that stayed with me from the conference sessions:
Airports with a real soul stand out
The best examples showed that localisation isn’t decoration; it’s identity. When culture, storytelling and design come together, airports move from being transit spaces to places people actually connect with.
Experiences work best when everything connects
Retail, lounges, F&B and digital can’t operate in isolation anymore. The strongest models are building joined-up ecosystems that engage passengers earlier, deeper and more meaningfully.
Long-term vision beats short-term thinking
Across partnerships, joint ventures and people development, the common thread was trust and shared ambition. That’s where real transformation comes from.
And a perfect full stop with an incredible closing gala dinner, great atmosphere, great conversations with great people and a lot of fun.
A very special edition of Trinity. Hard to top this one.
