UK. AGS Airports, the operator of Aberdeen, Glasgow and Southampton airports, has appointed Tom Hack as Group Retail Director.

Hack joins from Bristol Airport, his employer for more than 21 years. From November 2014, he had served as Head of Commercial.
In that role, he was responsible for revenue generation and product development in non-aeronautical activities including retail, food & beverage, advertising, car parking and ground transportation.
Hack joined Bristol Airport after graduating at Bournemouth University in 2001, initially an as Airport Duty Manager. He performed several other roles before joining the retail department as a Retail Manager in 2010, rising to the position Head of Commercial.
Hack is a founding volunteer member of the Heart of Bristol Business board, which aims to raise funds and awareness for the British Heart Foundation.
