This latest addition, launched on 20 June, further elevates Incheon International Airport’s dining selection, recently recognised with the ultimate Airport Food & Beverage Offer of the Year accolade at the 2025 Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) + Hospitality Awards in Barcelona.

Marking its return to the airport after nearly a decade, Walkerhill Hotel & Resort relaunched its signature Korean restaurant concept in Terminal 2 in December, promoting the value of Korean food culture at South Korea’s main gateway.

The opening reflects Walkerhill’s deep culinary heritage, offering refined Korean cuisine that blends cultural traditions with a modern, travel-friendly dining experience. Menus are thoughtfully curated to cater to different types of diners.

Culinary highlights from Nature elevate Incheon Airport’s premium F&B experience

Menu highlights include the signature Hamheung naengmyeon – house-made cold noodles served in a chilled broth – and a spicy beef hangover soup made with rich beef stock and a touch of chili oil.

Another speciality is the Royal Bulgogi Hot Pot Rice Set, which features a premium take on soy-marinated grilled beef, served over glossy, pot-cooked rice and presented with seasonal starters and desserts in the signature Jayeon Table Setting.

Other reinvented Korean classics, such as bulgogi, grilled mackerel and clear water dropwort (minari) beef bone soup (gomtang), have been thoughtfully reimagined to suit international tastes while preserving their authentic essence.

Nature has been developed in partnership with global foodservice company Ourhome Co., offering a contemporary interpretation of traditional Korean cuisine in a premium dining environment.

The restaurant seats up to 150 guests, with 130 in the main dining area and three private dining rooms designed for intimate gatherings or business meetings, accommodating six to 20 people.

To mark the opening Walkerhill has introduced limited-time offers, including a -10% discount and stamp rewards for airport staff. Supporting its ESG values, the restaurant is also offering free Americanos to guests who bring reusable tumblers through 13 July.

Walkerhill Hotels & Resorts Head of External Business Cho Yoon-dong said, “We are proud to present the authenticity and modern sensibility of Walkerhill’s Korean cuisine at Incheon Airport, a global gateway. We will continue to expand the possibilities of Korean food by offering differentiated menus and services that meet the diverse needs of both domestic and international travellers.” ‍
