POLAND. The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel located at Warsaw Chopin Airport has been named the brand’s best hotel in Europe, according to guest satisfaction surveys.
Warsaw’s Courtyard by Marriott has topped the ranking of all the brand’s 45 hotels in Europe consecutively since July 2012. The ranking is published every month, based on the results of voluntary guest satisfaction surveys.

“The questionnaire includes a number of specific questions about each service and feature of the hotel, such as the room cleanliness, service in catering facilities, quality of in-room amenities, floor service, check-in/check-out service etc. The guest rates each question and the points are later calculated to give the overall satisfaction score,” explained Lidia Dmowska, the hotel’s PR Manager.

“This amazing result wouldn’t have been possible without the involvement of our staff. They like their jobs and continually improve their qualifications. Our guests can see this and appreciate our efforts,” said Aneta Stêpkowska, the hotel’s director.
This year marks the tenth anniversary of the opening of the hotel, which welcomed its first guests in 2003.
