UK. TeleAdapt, the specialist provider of technology products for the duty free and airline industry, will introduce new additions to its range of accessories at TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes.
Among the new products specially developed for duty free is the TeleAdapt WL-330, a pocket-size wireless Access Point.
The device enables travellers to create their own wireless network instantly when only cabled Internet is available. It can also be used as a wireless adaptor to access existing wireless networks, for example in airports or on planes.
The product is said to be easy to use as there is no need to install any drivers, avoiding potential software conflicts and reducing reliance on support staff.
Other new items include a MiniMP3 player with a colour screen and FM radio. The multifunctional 256MB device is also a digital music player, hard drive as well as a digital voice recorder.
The MiniDV is a digital MPEG-4 camcorder which also functions as an MPEG-4 video player, MP3 music player, still photo camera and a digital voice recorder.
TeleAdapt’s Noise Cancelling Headphones are said to reduce surrounding noise by up to 15 decibels.
Also available is a HandyPak USB containing a selection of USB accessories for the laptop user. The pack includes a mini optical mouse, fan, LED light, 4- port hub and a memory stick.
TeleAdapt will also demonstrate its range of power and telephone adaptors, extension leads and USB computer accessories.
TeleAdapt will be at Stand G61 in the Yellow Village.
