Potent perfume: YSL’s new Manifesto L’Elixir |
Yves Saint Laurent has extended its Manifesto feminine fragrance with a new version, Manifesto L’Elixir. The launch is being supported with key animations this month in selected travel retail doors in Europe, the Middle East & Africa.
The original Manifesto, introduced last year, was created to celebrate women’s audacity, according to the brand. With Manifesto L’Elixir, that audacity reaches a new peak, with a fragrance that is described as “deeper and more mysterious”.
The juice opens on top notes of bergamot and mandarin, building to a heart of sambac jasmine absolute, a heliotrope blossom accord and tuberose. The base blends cashmeran, vanilla, ambroxan and Tonka bean.
The fragrance flacon is a reworked version of the original, this time coloured a deep amethyst. The middle of the bottle is cinched with a diamond-like sash; the cap is a chiselled gold.
Manifesto L’Elixir is available as a 30ml and 50ml edp.
