Zirh Holdings renews fragrance licensing agreement with French Connection amid new initiatives – 02/07/08

The FCUK fragrances for him and her are supported by a marketing campaign built on the theme “Scent to bed”

US. Zirh Holdings, the men’s skincare and fragrance company, has renewed a worldwide fragrance licence agreement with fashion brand French Connection United Kingdom (FCUK).

Zirh, which acquired the Zirh Skin Nutrition brand from Shiseido last autumn, has acquired all intellectual property of previous FCUK launches from Shiseido, including but not limited to, bottle designs, juices and packaging.

Meanwhile, Zirh has reintroduced FCUK fragrances for men and women to fragrance counters worldwide. The fragrances, which are supported by a marketing campaign built on the theme “Scent to bed”, will re-launch in over 10,000 doors internationally.

“Our prior launch of the FCUK fragrance created a worldwide phenomenon and we are very excited not only to re-launch the original FCUK fragrances, but also to create new and exciting fragrances under the FCUK name. The very nature of the brand allows for an edgy creativity in terms of the entire fragrance concept,” said Zirh Holdings President Brian Robinson. A new fragrance will launch this autumn and will be available in French Connection Stores.

Zirh has also reached an agreement with creative force Fabien Baron to create new visuals and packaging for three upcoming launches. The deal runs until Fall 2010.

Zirh is a leading New York-based men’s skincare and fragrance company. Named after an ancient Sumerian Warrior, the Zirh product line includes shaving, cleansing and treatment products. Its most recent introductions have been developed in the hair care, anti-aging, and body categories.

Internationally, the brand is available in over 1700 doors in 40 countries including Canada, England, Norway, Holland, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
