The FAB Superstars Awards, now in their sixth year, shine a spotlight on the remarkable frontline and back-of-house heroes who define our industry.
Introducing the awards, The Moodie Davitt Report Founder & Chairman Martin Moodie said: “In a world of fast-paced terminals and ever-evolving passenger expectations, these are the individuals and teams – the greeters, the creators, the doers – who weave warmth, care and excellence into every interaction.

The FAB Superstars Awards culminated with the announcement of the FAB Superstar of the Year. Revealing this year’s worthy winner, SSP Norway, Service Team Member at Oslo Airport Antonia Villanueva, Moodie observed: “The judges were captivated by this extraordinary story, highlighting the nominee’s remarkable accomplishment of 50 years of dedicated service delivered always with a smile and unwavering professionalism.
“What a role model for our industry.”
This year’s competition was judged by Nick Inkster, a highly respected consultant who spent 25 years in senior roles with SSP; and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Vice President of Concessions Zenola Campbell, along with The Moodie Davitt Report Founder & Chairman Martin Moodie.
