MEXICO. Passenger traffic for January to October rose +6.5% year-on-year to 19 million at the Mexico City Airport.
The airport’s spokesman Jose Luis Uribe said that of the 19 million, about 12.5 million used domestic services, while the rest flew on international flights.
Air carriers reporting high traffic over the same period included AeroMexico, which carried 6.0 million passengers, Mexicana de Aviacion with 5.3 million travellers and Aviacsa with 1.6 million.
