US. Cross has launched a number of brightly coloured pens and leather accessories for the Spring 2007 season.

The Autocross pen and leather accessories collection features two new colours: sky blue and hot pink.

The leather collection, in 16 designs, features such products as valet key chains and card cases, personal agendas and passport wallets. It is made from supple leather with details such as perforations inspired by driving gloves.

The new blue and pink shades will be available from March 2007 for the following items: passport wallet; mini and personal agendas; valet and tab key chains; vertical and slim card cases; single pen case; fold-over card case (in pink and other tones – not available in blue).

The Autocross leather collection retails from US$20-135, and also includes a money clip card case, jotter, coin case, double and triple pen cases, medium agenda, and padfolio – each in an assortment of colours, including black, brown and red.

The Autocross purse-sized ball-point pen, a signature Cross design inspired by automotive elements, will be introduced in pink leather.

Launched in March, the Autocross pen (also available in other shades such as black, brown and red) has a retail price of US$50, and comes with the Cross lifetime guarantee.

Townsend Tango

In February, Cross is introducing the upscale, classically styled Townsend Tango pen for men in black or slate-coloured lacquer. It features contemporary engraving details and comes in two styles.

One option features a link pattern engraved on the rhodium-plated cap, accentuated by slate-hued hand-polished lacquer. Another version offers a “cross hatch” engraved pattern – modern geometrics – paired with hand-polished black lacquer. Both styles feature rhodium-plated appointments.

The Townsend Tango is available as a ball-point pen (retail price US$100), Selectip rolling ball pen (US$125), and fountain pen (US$235).

Cross Driver

The new Cross Driver ballpoint pen includes a concave top, suggestive of a golf tee, and a dimpled pattern on the pen’s barrel, inspired by a golf ball.

Launching in February, the compact, pocket-sized pen is ergonomically designed to ensure a comfortable grip and retails at US$25.

Century II Botanica

The new Century II Botanica pen, described as a fresh and functional accessory, features a botanical sketch with flowers inspired by Victorian woodblock prints.

Available in marigold, bluebell and rose colours, the Century II Botanica ball-point pen will make its debut in March, at a retail price of US$65.

Cross will also introduce Botanica pattern notebooks. The notebook comes in small, medium, and large. Retail prices are between US$8 and US$10.
