UK. Heathrow Airport has unveiled a line-up of luxury fashion stores in Terminal 5, featuring leading global brands alongside exclusive product offers and personalised services.
The openings reflect the airport’s ongoing investment in elevating the traveller experience.
Bottega Veneta is the first store to reopen as part of Terminal 5’s luxury retail transformation.
The boutique features terrazzo flooring and a warm, inviting interior, complemented by new furniture pieces including a glass-and-vitrine table and softly rounded wooden shelving.
The store presents the house’s latest collections under the creative direction of Louise Trotter, spanning leathergoods, shoes, fragrances, jewellery and travel accessories.

Zegna has made its Heathrow debut with a selection of its classic Italian menswear, including its renowned Triple Stitch sneakers alongside overshirts, knitwear and accessories.
The store combines contemporary furnishings with the brand’s signature foliage-inspired colour palette, creating an immersive retail setting.
Prada further enhances the luxury offer with speciality handbags available exclusively at Heathrow, coinciding with the launch of its Autumn/Winter 2026 collection. The line takes inspiration from the womenswear and menswear creations of Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons.
Dior has refreshed its T5 boutique with an expanded selection spanning leathergoods, seasonal pieces and men’s and women’s ready-to-wear collections. Mirrored ceilings feature prominently in the interior, creating a bright and spacious atmosphere.
To celebrate the opening, clients were welcomed by a calligrapher, offering complimentary personalised Dior bookmarks.

Heritage British brand Smythson has returned to Heathrow as it celebrates 30 years at the airport with its latest opening in T5.
The store offers high-end stationery, diaries and leathergoods, complemented by Heathrow-exclusive bespoke gold-stamping services featuring destination-inspired designs from around the globe.
A dedicated gold-stamping station adds an engaging element to the experience, allowing passengers to personalise their purchases with initials, playful motifs or designs from a new collection inspired by vintage passport stamps.
Also available at the store is the brand’s travel collection, with signature pieces in Heathrow-exclusive colourways such as Turmeric, Nutmeg, Silver and Eau de Nil.
Heathrow Head of Category for Luxury, Fashion and Duty Free Nancy Stewart said: “Luxury shopping is about choice as much as it’s about exclusivity. From iconic international fashion houses to beloved British brands, travellers now have an even greater range of options and access to items that are unique to Heathrow.
“It’s been a pleasure working with our trusted brand partners to bring these new stores to Terminal 5. Our shared focus on delivering an exceptional passenger experience is especially important in a commercially challenging post-Brexit environment, where the UK remains an international outlier without tax-free shopping.
“With Hermès also opening its new boutique this month, we’re continuing to invest in a premium retail experience that reflects the expectations of today’s passengers and supports our ambition to make Heathrow a world leader in passenger experience.” ✈
