Eylure Lashes with an Eastern twist: Chio Tokyo Lashes (above) and Hiroko Tokyo Lashes (below). |
UK. Leading eyelash brand Eylure has introduced six new styles of fashionable false eyelashes to the travel retail shops aboard all four Stena Line Ferries.
Founded by brothers David and Eric Aylott, Eylure claims to be the UK’s number one lash expert. Its range of false eyelashes, lash and brow accessories is popular among A-list celebrities and the fashion-conscious.
Original Additions, owner of the Eylure brand and one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and distributors, is brimming with enthusiasm over the big launch.
“Eylure Tokyo Lashes capture the spirit of daring and individuality that exemplifies fashion and beauty today,” said Original Additions Managing Director Simon Zussman.
The new collection draws its inspiration from the funky, fresh and forward-thinking approach to Japanese fashion and the styles were picked to appeal to a wide variety of customers, added Zussman.
The appeal of the lashes extends to their packaging, with each pack coming in a different colour to reflect the different styles of the lashes. The package design also has a distinct Eastern influence in line with the Japanese theme.
The collection includes three standard style lashes and three feisty fashion lashes.
Standard style lashes:
• Chio – a fine, natural style lash
• Sakura – a short, funky filler lash
• Keiko – a dainty, flared criss-cross lash
Feisty Fashion lashes:
• Yuko – Fabulous feather lashes
• Yoshe – Fine, sugar pink lashes
• Hiroko – Purple corner lashes
“Eylure Tokyo Lashes have been well-received by our passengers,” said Stena Line’s spokesperson Paula Jones. “We have placed repeat orders with Original Additions and expect to generate new revenue with this range.”
Currently Eylure Tokyo Lashes are only available aboard Stena Line’s four main ships, operating on the Irish Sea. An extension to distribution is planned for Autumn 2007.
