UK. UK railway station operator Network Rail has opened Italian restaurant Carluccio’s at London Waterloo station.
Carluccio’s, established by renowned Italian chef Antonio Carluccio, is described as an authentic Italian restaurant, deli and food shop serving a “genuine taste of Italy” using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Network Rail said the concept was designed to be a convenient space for commuters, shoppers and diners alike.
